Then I’ll arrange viewings that maximize your time by only choosing properties that meet your exact criteria. After, we will work together to create a list of your favorites to help make a final decision. Lets go and get your dream home or investment property!

Now we work together to submit your offer and wait for a response. This part can be stressful depending on the market we’re in, but this is why I’m here! I’ll advise you based on offer prices, conditions, etc. If the offer is rejected, then we’ll go back to viewing more beautiful properties.

Congrats! You have an accepted offer. Now is the time to pay your remaining down payment and fulfill all conditions we may have put in the offer e.g. home inspection, financing etc. as well as arranging all next steps before closing day. We will need to involve your Mortgage Broker and Lawyer. We'll also do a final walk through of the property.
